Here is one of my Core Cash Outs from last weeks training 😁 ⬇️
3 sets:
12 hanging side tuck crunch (6 per side)
10 single leg lifts over DB (over and back = 1)
12 hanging tuck crunch
10 Right leg + left leg + tuck crunch (all of that = 1 rep)
60 seconds rest :)
Save this for later 🤪🤩. Try to stay nice and strict on the pull up bar and not swing!
