Here’s a breakdown of my splits during the NYC Marathon! It’s interesting because everyone saw my “average” splits and thought I held a constant pace when in reality I was all over the place! Most of the inconsistency is a result of starting in a later heat and weaving in and out of other runners, a race this size its inevitable, but starting in the eariler heats prevents this!
