#TraegerGameDay2022 Week 4!!! Stadium Classics and Regional Favorites! For this week's Traeger GameDay, I got with my bro @the_smokin_irish and we threw down some Reverse Seared Tritip Sammiches! One hit with @kendrick_bbq AP rub and the other hit with a combo of @traegergrills Beef Rub and Blackened Saskatchewan. After smoking em at 225°f until they hit 115°f, they got seared on the Rangerv until they hit 135°f. Pulled em and rested em for 10 minutes and sliced up the Kendrick BBQ rubbed one. Then we made the sammies. Threw down a couple Telera rolls with mayo on em to toast on the Cast Iron and dropped enough tritip slices for a sammich next. Seared up the slices for a little bit, then threw on a slice or provolone to melt. Slapped that on the roll with a generous drizzle of TraegerQue sauce and GOTDAMN!
