Routine and training are so important to me. My goals constantly change and so does how I approach, how I train. My focus is size and fitness at the moment. I am doing 3/4 training sessions per week. A combo of hypertrophy and conditioning top ups after the main session. I use different heart rate zones to work on different types of conditioning. Maximal days are 😂🤮🤮🤮🤮
