Quick garnish tutorial! Bartenders have a lot of feels around the tiny clothespin. Thought this was a fun and effective use. What do you think? Prep: - Slice limes thin and evenly. Make sure there are no holes in the flesh or the end result won’t look as good. - Help speed the drying process by pressing the wheels between towels to remove moisture. - Spread on a cooling rack to allow airflow. - Place in an oven on the lowest setting, around 140F. Crack the door for more airflow and to keep from cooking. Turn on convection if you have it. - Check them regularly until you know how your oven holds.
