Four auctions this week followed by auctions in NY, LA, Miami and Aspen in the next two weeks. Podcast recordings, speaking engagements and recording my audiobook when I’m not onstage. During periods of life when everything is nonstop I talk about it as a sprint. When I’m in a sprint, I focus on keeping my mind and body strong. Prioritizing family time, exercise and rest means I can keep going without falling apart. Anything superfluous can wait until things slow down. I know that the sprints don’t last forever so I try to enjoy them and relish the plateaus when it slows down. This fall has been a flat out sprint and I’ve loved every second of it.
