If you have any tips, please help your girl out 😭❤️! These flexi rods definitely work, but if you are a light sleeper like me, DO NOT wear them to bed, you will be miserable. Also, if you have really long, thick hair (like me) you will probably find it difficult to use these. Have you used these? Do you like them?
