Y’all should’ve seen the looks on peoples faces as my husband and I measured a 50 foot radius around a random spot in the middle of LaSalle Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. But it was worth it! I can’t believe all of the amazing edible and medicinal plants that we found within that tiny area. Our Mother Earth is always resilient, and she always provides. I hope we will all step up and nurture relationships with the plants around us...
