It’s crucial to do this because you need to be able to see the hair how it lays with cowlicks in order to cut the right amount to avoid the bangs from sticky out and laying crazy 😜! 👉🏼 As you see in the video I cut dry so I could customize her cut perfectly to her face shape, hair density, cowlicks , and the exact length she wanted!! I then over directed sections to create long seamless layers 🙌🏼!! ✂️ I used my 6” Phantom Series II by @arcscissors to create her look 🙌🏼!! These are my go too shears 🙌🏼!
