🥳 Celebrating 3 years next week. The mothers still take my breath away, I still am obsessed with the produce I know and falling in love with new ones constantly. The tools are basic, the recipe is ancient, the practice is deliberate however dependent on the soil and the air and of course the star of the show.... 🦠 microbes. I basically can’t get enough of it still so I guess I’ll keep going down this rabbit hole.
