How do you show the people in your life that you love them? ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ When I got my first tattoo my artist told me that in his wedding vows his wife promised to make him tea before bed every night (and she did, even when she was sick, even she was 9 months pregnant and uncomfortable as all heck). I forget what his promise to her was but that stuck with me. I think I ever find my forever person I will vow to make them coffee every morning before the sun rises. Until that point in time - or if it never happens for me - I will make a little vow to myself to make morning coffee for every friends who visits, for anyone I share my tent with and on mornings like this, when my best friend and I sleep in the back of the car and wake up among these redwood giants.
