For our final nights of service, taste warm, comforting cuisine that matches the rhythm and flow of the autumn season. Our Thanksgiving-inspired menu celebrates connection, slowing down, and savouring a warm meal over a glass of wine. Mains like Confit de Canard and Crispy pork shoulder, starters such as Cretons or Steak Tartare, and of course, a seasonal dessert to finish: Pumpkin spice Pot de creme.
