Another great night with a great message from @trey_seigle Trey spoke on the importance and impact a community of that cares about each other and lifts each other up. He spoke on his own experience and how the culture of the UMHB FCA has made a life altering impact. The larger group split up into small groups to ask questions and have conversation around the impact of a culture of care and positivity. The conversation was incredible as student athletes shared their experiences and exchanged ideas about how not to let the culture of the UMHB be simply a Monday night meeting activity but how to spread it throughout all of @crusports and @umhb
