it’s almost 2025!!!!! here’s the checklist I use every year to get me prepped & ready!🌟 1. I always kick things off by making myself a coffee, matcha, or sometimes a tea!! 2. Meditation has been one of the best things I’ve done when it comes to helping me actually achieve my goals. I think it’s because it really allows me to connect with what my goals really are, compared to what I think they should be. 3. It is so important to have a plan, and that is something I will forever believe!!! I shared my full 2025 planner set up over on YouTube if you want to check it out, but I basically wrote down all of my goals, habits, and trackers for the year. 4. of course, you know we have to make a vision board!!!! I always find images on Pinterest and then put it all together on Canva! 5. It’s so important that we let what we don’t need go. I found that sometimes my mind can hold space for things that no longer serve me, and usually what I need to do is declutter stuff so my mind is able to clear up as well. 6. Going off of that, it’s also important to organize what you do end up keeping! 7. And last but certainly not least, it is so important that you take time to rest and reflect before the new year. I will be spending my night relaxing with my dogs and maybe watching a movie with my partner. There’s no pressure to achieve anything great before the end of year - I’m more so focusing on reflecting all that I have to be grateful for and channeling that positive energy into 2025 <3 let me know if you do something special at the end of each year!
