Hello, it’s me! 👋🏼 This is my first new profile picture in 5+ years. It feels good to have a change! Also, of course, I had to be rocking some fresh n’ cozy @eddiebauer outerwear, which has been a staple in my wardrobe for the last 3-4 years 😎 People that know me personally are aware that I lost a lot of weight this past year. Close to 40 lbs. The truth is that I wasn’t happy with myself, and didn’t look + feel good. I wanted to make changes. I’m still working through those changes so that I can ultimately be where I want to be physically and mentally. With that said, I’m glad I’m at a point where I feel like I’ve made progress. Hiking my butt off this summer with friends, consistently hitting the gym, and eating healthier definitely helped quite a bit. For those who have any friends + family going through something similar, just know that even the tiniest bit of words of encouragement can make a impact. I’m extremely luckily to have family and friends pushing me to keep up. I hope to put that attitude back out into the world myself 🙏🏼 On an unrelated note, @eddiebauer has been a huge supporter of my work and initiatives these past few years.
