Appreciation post for the amazing chef at @buddswestcork - I had a coffee there this morning and browsed the menu as I sipped - one or two days in west Cork and a dip in the sea was top of my agenda for the day. Off I headed to Brow Head, dreaming of getting back to enjoy a dosa that I spotted on the menu. I headed off on a lovely adventure along the beautiful coast - enjoyed a dip in the atlantic and arrived back at 4.05 only to be told that the kitchen was closed. Instead of crying I decided to beg and asked them to plead with the chef and tell him that I’ve been dreaming of his dosa all day! I am eternally grateful to this amazing chef for serving me up the most delicious dosa - I’ve been to Kerala to learn the art of dosa making and Budd’s chef had really got it down!
