I don’t even know where to start on how amazing my weekend was. 💙 ~ I was lucky enough to be invited along by @thegleneagleshotel to take part in their 2nd Great Adventure Race, which involves a 4km kayak 🛶, a 16km run over a munro ⛰🏃🏻‍♀️, followed by a 35km cycle 🚴🏻‍♀️, teamed up with @ferguscrawley, and all whilst enjoying the hospitality at Gleneagles! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ~ Now I knew Gleneagles was something special, everyone in Scotland (and further afield) has heard of this stunning hotel, but it exceeded every single one of my expectations. 🤍 ~ From the minute I stepped foot inside the door I felt so welcome and so at home. The staff are incredible, every single one of them were amazing! The food, the accommodation, the event, it was all exceptional! 🥰 ~ But above all of that, it was the people who really made this event. I met the most incredible and inspiring bunch of folk, who I feel incredibly lucky to have met and spent time with, and who I cannot wait to spend time with again. ❤️ ~ The chat, and the laughter was constant. It’s a weekend that will stick with me for a very long time! 💕 ~ Big thanks to Billy and Katrina from @thegleneagleshotel for the invite, @jaygolian for the amazing pictures, and @sealskinz and @meanderapparel for their amazing support, and of course to @harvey.gwinnett for just existing and being so cute! 😍 ~ I cannot recommend The Great Adventure Race enough. ☺️ It definitely makes a change from slumming it in the campervan. 😂 I’ll hopefully be back for the 3rd Great Adventure Race. 🤞🏼xx
