RIP the incredible Raymond Briggs. What a legacy of work he leaves behind. A few months ago I took part in an episode of the podcast Backlisted, entirely dedicated to him. It was a wonderful excuse to wallow in his work and enthuse about his genius, wit, intelligence and curmudgeonly warmth.
