SPIRITUALITY IS HARD AND NOT FUN, is a story many people hold and therefore miss out on exponential growth. I would suggest that it is some parts of RELIGION that can feel that way. Because it’s something you are told and sold from outside, often time with a ton of shame and limiting beliefs layered in, that God is outside of yourself and you’re powerless on your own. What if you made LOVE, CONNECTION and SERVICE your religion? What if you found a way to be fully expressed in all your joy and all your depth. Unafraid of your shadows and your darkness. What if you learned a way to express it all in a safe and graceful way; freeing yourself from your own constraints and limiting beliefs that you have picked up from outside sources. What if we gave SPIRITUALITY a different meaning? For example: “I choose to live in alignment with what’s true to my expanding heart. Celebrating, helping and accepting myself and others in making our moments here sacred, fun and special. And choosing to believe that we - each of us - is a Beautiful and Unique Expression of the Divine, here to have a journey of remembering that we are all God-Goddess-Divine expressing in a unique way” Making life fun and meaningful, is my daily practice. Facing my darkness is also my daily practice. A great way to do it, is by inviting reflections of my blind spots from people I trust and love to express them with compassion and Conscious Communication, is a big part of it. Alchemizing all these energies through my spiritual practice, so I can be in greater service to myself, my community and the the world, so that all beings benefit - is the secret formula of magical expansion. Let’s remember that we are the ones with the power to choose what we make life mean. Thus freeing ourselves and each other to live fully engaged - moment to moment- aware of the gift that Being Here Now offers.
