Still reeling from such an incredible night playing with @gullyboysband and the incomparable @dazeyandthescouts. This is to shout out my friend Taylor (@tstaug) who over the course of a couple months made such an incredible chainmail headpiece for me to wear at this show. It was a collaboration in the sense that we had many conversations about how to build something that would feel like an extension of my body; however, this is not to take away from how if it wasn’t for her time and energy and ingenuity this wouldn’t exist in the world! Wow, I’m gushing. I just felt so god damn hot and I don’t take those moments for granted.
