Who else is locked in on their personal goals?!? You have to be intentional because change doesn't happen overnight, it happens over time! Right now my main focus is God, growth, and gains 💪🏾 Having this garage home gym has definitely been game changing. Consistency is key and I've been up EVERY morning, putting in work! What I've realized is, it's more than just working out. It's the only time throughout the day that I get for just me and I don't take it for granted!
