Here is Elvie Warrior Stacey and her experience with her little one.. “Most days it’s easy for dad to watch him and take care of all his changing and feeding needs. But now that my little one is teething he’s been very clingy and only wanting mama. Nursing has brought him a lot of comfort, sometimes he isn’t even hungry he just wants to nurse to sleep. There are times where dad has to work extra hard to soothe him so I can rest and I am extremely grateful. It’s hard enough to nurse/pump, any help goes a long way! There were days I couldn’t shower because my baby was colicky and needed me most. I tell myself that when I’m having a hard day, it’s even harder for my baby and it’s okay to let things go and just take care of my needs and the baby’s needs, everything else can be done another time.
