Going heavier doesn't always mean you'll get great results. Guys who watched me train in the past thought that just because I got great results going heavy, they would too. They didn't realize I could've gone even heavier. But I didn't. Why? Because it would've broken my form. šŸ‘‰ Form is so important in getting the most out of your training. It's all about being in touch with your physiology so you can apply optimal stress to each muscle you train. For instance, when working your back, understand that your lats draw your upper arm down and back. For your lats to contract fully, your spine must be slightly arched. Without great form, you'll get poor results and open yourself up to injury. Forget about what others are doing and focus on how your muscles are being trained šŸ’Ŗ
