Today was nothing short of magical!!!! Makeup on the incomparable Catherine O’Hara by me! Hair by the amazing @belindamossmakeup who helped make this opportunity possible !!!! Stylist and photo-bomber extraordinaire @noeyorkcity When I was younger I wanted to be an actress, my two favorite movies were Home Alone and Beetlejuice. One day in the 90s, my mom went to a party where she met Catherine O’Hara and told her about my dreams and how much I loved her. Catherine was gracious enough to write me an encouraging note on a napkin which I’m so bummed that I somehow no longer have in my possession ... Fast forward to almost 30 years later, I traded my dreams of working in front of the camera to working behind one... adding a few icons to my list of faces that I would one day get to work with... Today I got to check off the iconic Catherine The Great off my list and it made it up for not having that napkin !!!
