Think about the foods you love to eat. Now look into your imaginary crystal ball. 🔮 Do you see yourself wanting to eat them next month? Next year? Ever again? Any diet that makes you give up those foods *now* probably won’t work for you in the long run. Research even suggests depriving yourself of a certain food can lead you to crave and eat more of it. (To be clear, we’re not talking about foods or ingredients you might be allergic or sensitive to: lookin’ at you, gluten.) If you want weight loss that lasts, don’t ban foods. Period.
