We know it’s frustrating to be kept waiting and we hear you. We currently have a high number of drivers on the platform (our highest number ever actually), but we are aware we’re entering a busy couple of months – whether you’re out and about supporting your football team at the pub or travelling home to see your family over the holidays - we want to do all we can to ensure your ride is as smooth as possible.
