You’ve heard it before, what’s your WHY?
The driving force behind the goal you’ve set for yourself.
The thing that pushes you when drive, discipline, and motivation are nowhere to be found.
If you don’t have a driving force that shows up for you in a BIG way, that pushes you to get the workout in, that encourages you to pass on drinks and desserts, that refuses to hit snooze- I ask you to find it.
You need a gut wrenching, compelling, and emotionally charged reason to pursue your goals.
If you don’t, they’ll be much easier to snooze on and they will land in the category of dreams and wishes.
Think of your WHY as a suit of armor you cannot take off.
Picture the Captain America suit. It’s unforgettable. It’s in your face. It’s flashy.
You need to wear your WHY in the same way. You can’t not fulfill your duties that correspond with your goals because your WHY has become you through and through.
