I cannot express enough how honoured and THRILLED I am to be able to not only know some of the beautiful and amazing women in this important and wonderful documentary, but to have been able to be take part in spreading the news about this incredible band and these incredible female musicians that deserve a prominent place and much respect in the history of modern music. The film, by American/Canadian filmmaker Bobbi Jo Hart, is a tender and powerful offering and an homage to the female presence and energy in the world of rock. It has so far been making the rounds at film festivals around the world, but theatrical releases have finally come, and EVERY musician, on ANY level, male or female, should do yourself a favour and educate yourself on the inspiring history of this kick-ass band.
