Something I need to tell myself, I actually have ‘just breathe’ tattooed on my arm as I feel like I hold my breath all the time. At the moment my mind is way overstimulated - it’s like I’m in a room and there is a radio on full blast, kids screaming and crying, people trying to have 8 different conversations, a washing machine going, a tv and whatever else you can think of and I feel like my brain may go 🤯 I’m craving some quiet time, to not hear kids fighting, to not here ‘mum’ every 5 minutes, to not here ‘mum watch me do this’ every second, to not here what’s for lunch, or I’m hungry, I just want quiet - pure silence - my brain needs quiet right now.
