Absolutely here for this real talk about love and marriage from @michelleobama. It reminds me of an interview we ran in Glamour, years ago, with @gwynethpaltrow . She told us about asking her dad to reveal the secret of being happily married for so long to her mum. He said, ‘We never wanted to get divorced at the same time.’ It really makes me so happy when people are open and honest about marriage and monogamy. It does take work and care. The great things are great. The richness of real, hard-won intimacy is priceless. I love it when famously glamorous couples who we presume float on a cloud of perfection tell us the truth.
