Made my lovely mum her favourite breakfast this morning - my oatmeal waffles.. I added in some wild nettle seeds that I harvested on my walks by the river Barrow for extra nourishment and some marine collagen for added protein. With every mouthful she exclaimed “this is absolutely gorgeous”!
