For nearly ten years, ACT has been organizing African immigrants locally and nationally to bring about positive change for the fastest-growing immigrant population in the United States: African immigrants. Since 2000, the African immigrant population of Philadelphia has grown 121%. After a pilot legal clinic over the summer, organizing around the midterm elections, and bringing on a new Pennsylvania Chapter Director, Tsehaitu Abye, we are super excited and hard at work bringing you our next chapter.
