Authentic Self-Care for Stage Managers Tuesday April 13th from 8-9pm EDT (7pm CDT, 6pm MDT, 5pm PDT) is a joint effort between Year of the Stage Manager 2020/21 and the Stage Managers' Association. . This free one-hour webinar will touch on work-life integration, the science of Ayurveda, the power of kaizen, and the many obstacles to self-care that stage managers encounter: "non-traditional" schedules, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and numbing behaviors.
