I picked this shear to cut this haircut because it can cut on the hair wet and continue to cut on dry hair! Why does this technique work ? Well , because of over directing 🙌🏼! 👉🏼 Take pie sections then over direct to the opposite side to create soft blended long layers . Over directing the hair leave’s length and creates a soft finish ✂️!
