Be Here Farm + Nature is proud to present Being Home in Your Body, a 6 hour self-care immersion taking place inside THE WELL, New York City’s premier wellness destination, featuring former NFL star turned yogi Eben Britton @edsbritton, @NUSHU founder Vanessa Cornell @vanessacornell, CHEK, SOMAtherapy, and ELDOA practitioner Christopher Crawford @ccrawf091, and @beherefarm founder, Jared Pickard, for one great day of restorative movement, breathwork, self-inquiry, artisanal self-care offerings, and delicious, nourishing food. The day will begin with Eben’s signature The Eben Flow and will culminate with a 90-minute guided self-care ritual featuring Dry Mask and Wet Mask, a new superfood facemask collaboration between @beherefarm and @sunpotion featuring solar and lunar infused oils, raw honey, and some of Sun Potion’s most revered products, generally reserved for consuming internally, but reimagined here as external tonics. Guests will paint masks on their faces before melting away to a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and a soothing, guided meditation in Eben’s silky-smooth “voice-of-god” tone.
