Chris Jadallah @cjadallah of @culturalrootsnursery will present some stories and recipes of how mulukhiya is used in Palestinian communities. In addition to his work with Cultural Roots, Chris is a researcher and educator at UC Davis who studies how science and environmental education programs can be designed to foster forms of learning and literacy that catalyze moves toward more just social-ecological futures.
