In everything I do, I always try to create a place where I can help amplify voices from within my community. It brings me extreme joy when I can bring my friends and family along for the ride. When I was 15, I was given a job at the mall working for my favorite store at the time, the GAP. My manager gave me a chance and changed my life forever. I always think back to that 15 year old boy on every project I work on and want to make sure I’m speaking to him.
