Baxter is an exceptional human being. The bonds we share with others quite literally give our lives meaning. For me, Baxter inspired the path and helped me to see adversity with purpose and intent. He helped guide me through a foggy time with his actions and unconditional support but more importantly, he held me in his heart. To me he is a true boddhisatva - a truly compassionate being with a natural ability to hold a loving, compassionate space for those he came across. Truly meaningful things are often so subtle and small, Baxter has a way of giving so much through small gestures. Baxter is currently battling stage 4 Melanoma (cancer) in London and was diagnosed with a brain tumour last week. It is Baxter’s greatest desire to be back in his native Australia and continue this battle with his family by his side. He cannot travel to Australia via commercial plane due to the complications of travelling with brain injuries so can only travel on international medical flight - which unfortunately is extremely expensive. Kane, Baxter’s brother, has set up a fundraiser to get Baxter back to Australia. I desperately urge all of my friends on here to donate - it would mean the world.
