💥This is what blood and guts effort looks like!💥 Blasting out as many reps as I possibly could on the leg press. This was the second exercise in my routine, after frying my quads with leg extensions where I went to complete failure with forced and extra negative reps. But on leg press, it’s pretty impossible to do forced and negative reps, so I did as many as I possibly could do with strict form and used a full range of motion. I took a few deep breaths, focussed my mind and well, the rest is history... A question that I’m often asked is “How far should you come down?” It really depends on your body mechanics and the machine it self, I advise to come down as far as you can without your hips leaving the seat and rotating as this can be dangerous for the lower back. #MrOlympia #DYNutrition #Bodybuilding #Legs #LegPress #Gym #Muscle #Motivation
