W/ love • • • This year I set aside some major goals that I wanted to crack & it’s a good feeling to see it all finally coming together. A new business venture will be started shortly which I can’t wait to share with you all! 😁 • What I have learnt massively this year is I have had to be a lot more selective with my time. My routines & solitude have been hard work but those small things daily add to big things in time. It does get hard at times as there is a lot of solitude but to get to where I want, I know what I need to do 👊🏾 • Nights out partying, pointless relationships ain’t going to get me closer to my goals so a lot of sacrifice has been put in place. Don’t get me wrong there is a time & place but I know these things won’t propel me forward. • I know the work I put in daily is making me be the best I can possibly be. I need to be switched on daily, creative, efficient & mentally driven. These daily habits you see me post from sleep, nutrition, cardio, reading, podcasts, journaling , recovery labs, breath work, hikes, training are all things that have really helped me get there. Mentally it has done wonders for mental health to 🧠 • Really does feel good when you start feeling like things are aligning.
