Flu Update: Our first real outing in 11days. A quick stroll around the lake. I can’t believe this flu completely ruined our holidays but it’s a new year so we are gonna be positive! Here’s some changes I’m making in 2025: 1. No phones at meal times or in bed. 2. More reading/audio books 3. More movement 4. More green tea+match > coffee 5. Tequila > wine
