Friends, It’s been a little quiet here on Instagram this past week, but only because things have been moving full steam ahead behind the scenes. First off, to all of our new followers—welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and following along as we work to bring Milli to life. While we still don’t have an exact opening date to share, we have made a ton of progress—and we’re getting close. Right now, we’re pushing hard to wrap up construction and reach full completion before we call for inspections. As many of you know, the path to opening a café like this is anything but straightforward. Every step forward brings new challenges—some expected, some not—but despite the twists and turns, we’re proud of what we’ve built so far and energized by what’s ahead. Our kitchen is nearly complete, just a few small details left to tighten up. The roastery is shaping up with racking, production tables, and inventory in motion. Our cold brew tanks are installed, with final plumbing and electrical work underway. The dining rooms are looking beautiful—almost there. And our main bar—the face of Milli, the first thing you'll see when you walk in—is still under construction but finally taking shape. We’re hoping to have that wrapped in the coming weeks. Once we tie up these loose ends, we’ll move into the next big phase: building our team. We'll soon be hiring for front of house, back of house, and production roles—so if you're interested in being part of what we’re building, stay tuned.
