ROASTED STRAWBERRY MARGARITA RECIPE: 1oz Cointreau 2oz Mezcal Reposado 1oz Fresh lime juice 2oz Roasted strawberry Puree METHOD: (1) Remove strawberry tops, broil-char in oven. Let cool. Place in blender. Fine strain. (2) Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. (3) Shake and fine strain over ice into a rocks glass.
