Since retiring I haven’t been able to run and do a lot of the training I used to do. However I have found other ways to get what I need both physically and mentally.
I like to push myself, and I got that from Rugby and my MMA training. I have found different solutions to push myself and get those progressions once more. I always need to find new ways to develop and challenge.
Try to set some bench mark scores to give yourself and idea of where you stand and then look to beat them.
If you have limitations find a way around it instead of just not doing it.
