How Derrill overcame self-sabotage AND got stronger and more flexible in body and mind 💪🏾 When I started working with Derrill, he had 3 main goals: ✅ Relieve back pain ✅ Eliminate stiffness ✅ Build flexibility so that he can stay in good shape with age Derrill had pulled a muscle when he was younger, and dealing with back pain was affecting his everyday life. He had been using massage therapy to help with the pain, but because he traveled so much, that often left him stuck suffering with it in between appointments. He needed consistent routine to eliminate stiffness so that he could go about his everyday activities without discomfort... We used the 5-Minute Flexibility Formula to build a flexibility training protocol around Derrill’s fluctuating schedule so that despite it’s unpredictability, he was able to be consistent with stretching, and thus with alleviating his aches and pains Seeing the results his new routine was manifesting — helping him to eliminate stiffness and move through his day to day life without discomfort — began to help him change his mindset and approach to exercising, and shift from seeing it as “a thing to get to” to placing a level of importance on it that was equal to his other commitments Now, Derrill enjoys his getting his exercise routines get done, and he lives with more flexibility, energy, and freedom as a result!
