This week, I had the privilege of participating in the @blackmenrunnyc’s 5k. It’s a special organization, promoting Black men’s health in a country where our physical and mental health outcomes are far below average. I was especially happy for the run to take place in Bed-Stuy, a neighborhood emblematic of Black New York.
