I like to make adjustments in layers: tones/dynamic range, color, and detailed editing, which allows me to apply masks and also go back and see how different settings affect the look of an image. What’s your favorite tool? Skin color quite often looks a bit off due to lighting or makeup so I rely on the Skin Tone tool quite a lot to adjust the color of the skin and the unevenness across different areas.
