Build up has started for our next show in September. A look back at our last show ART - held at @thedorchester - as a continuation of our sustainable work with the hotel. We revealed the world’s first dress made from chestnut leather and continued our collaboration with HRH The Prince of Wales - included in the show were dresses made from Highgrove willow cuttings and nettles, and jewellery made from hard to recycle Highgrove plastic plant pots. Also included in our show was: Printed outfits are made from plastic waste from leading art supplier @dalerrowney1783. Our collaboration with Daler-Rowney also included upcycling portfolios and recycling artist’s canvases into garments. A Jaeger outfit made out of recycled @jagermeisteruk promotional materials and textile made form recycled waste plastic taken from the Thames Selvedge ends from fabric runs from @johnstonsofelgin were used to make a dress and headpiece For the last show we worked closely with @kmshairuk to produce hair pieces from recycled salon bottles and waste products. All the wigs used in the show were recycled from other projects. Garments were also made from our home grown organic eco flax and latex from our eco sustainable, ethnically run, latex plantation.
