!!️Wait for it!!️ Happy Halloween y'all... Every love story has a plot twist, ours just happened to be taking our health back! We’ve both lost the weight, but gained so much more along the way! Now the scariest thing for us would be going back to the old us... Because the way we were eating and the habits we had together was scaryyy! Did it happen overnight? Absolutely not, but we made a promise to ourselves that we wanted to make a change and lose weight so we did! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our weightloss journey! Our journey isn’t over. We have our good and bad days, but consistency, supporting, and encouraging each other has truly helped us maintain what we’ve lost over the years!
