BREAKFAST IS BEST — For a quick, healthy breaky that the whole family will enjoy try our Baked Apple and Cinnamon Porridge! 🍏⁠ ⁠ Dry Ingredients:⁠ · 2 cups Oats (or quinoa flakes for gluten free)⁠ · 2 tsp Kissed Earth Divine Woman⁠ · 2 tsp Cinnamon⁠ · 1/2 tsp Ground cloves⁠ · 1/2 tsp Baking powder⁠ · 1 cup Apple grated⁠ ⁠ Wet Ingredients:⁠ · 130g Apple⁠ · 2 tbsp⁠ · Chia seeds⁠ · 2 tsp Vanilla extract⁠ · 2 1/4 cups Milk of choice⁠ · 2 tbsp Honey extra for drizzling⁠ ⁠ Topping:⁠ 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds⁠ 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds⁠ 1 1/2 cups Natural yoghurt (or dairy free yoghurt) for serving ⁠ ⁠ Method:⁠ 1. Preheat oven to 180C (356F).⁠ 2. Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl until combined.⁠ 3. Place all wet ingredients in a blender and blend till well combined.⁠ 4. Pour blended wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry and mix until well combined.⁠ 5. Spoon the mix into a baking dish and even out the top with the back of the spoon.⁠ 6. Top the oat mix with pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and a drizzle of honey if desired.⁠ 7. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, checking at the 30-minute mark. The Baked Apple & Cinnamon Porridge Oats are done when firm to touch in the centre and golden on top.⁠ 8.
